User Registration & Login Form

I need a customer registration form which will be presented after they have paid for our companies service. The form will be simple, only containing the following fields: Full Name: Username: Password: Confirm Password E-mail Address: This script must work; it must validate the email address; and usernames must be unique. Once, and only when, the registration has been successful, they should redirected to the members login page. There should be no other way to access the members area, consisting of approximately 10 html page, without a username and password. Since I need a registration form it only makes sense to have a members login page. This must consist of the obvious, username & password fields. However it must also have a 'remember me' (cookie) with a password retrieval link, for users who forget their password. I should also be able to delete users if they have requested a refund. This will prevent them from gaining future access. I therefore believe I need an administration area. I have reasonable knowledge of html, and I have designed my website using Microsoft FrontPage. My members area is stored in a separate folder, so you just need to block access to the folder, rather than each individual page. Of course when they login, they should have access to all the web pages within this folder. I require testing and a bug free end result. I also require future support incase of any errors. The work must be completed promptly, efficiently and must be of high quality. The look and feel can be basic but attractive. Only I, the admin should have access to delete user accounts.
