Redesign Administration Page On Joomla Site

Hey everyone, to outline what we need, we have an obituary/memorial website…the page we need to recreate and improve is the main one where the client creates the memorial.. Currently it has some things we need to fix, and also things that we need to see in the new version that don't currently exist in the current… 1/ Image upload current starts on submit form, we want that to start uploads as soon as the client selects the images. 2/ Image resize - we would like a client size image resize putting in so the images uploaded don't exceed 800x600 3/ Currently deleting an image from this page doesn't work for some reason. 4/ The points above again for audio upload (except resize) 5/ General beautifying of the form and interface. 6/ The site is in spanish so might be an advantage if someone has the basics. Also the same page is used in "EDIT" which is accessed through the admin of memorials, a blue circle with a pen inside will open this page but in EDIT mode. (where we have the delete problem) Any further questions please let me know however otherwise I look forward to getting this started and finished very quickly. SS
