Our definition of the project is: • A Fly catcher website meant to attract real estate leads • A site with Basic Search Engine Optimization. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The main purpose of the website is: • Direct visitors to information • Generate new business from “Search Traffic” -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Timeline The Initial Timeline for the project will be: Graphic Design Phase – 2 Weeks Implementation and Programming Phase – 3 weeks Testing, Training, and Launch Phase – 2 weeks -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Layout Creation ? Designer will design layouts necessary for the design of the website ? Designer will design graphics unique to the Website based upon the approved layout ? I will be allowed up to 3 major revisions of design. ? A major revision is defined as change requested by myself that reverses a previously approved design in a substantial manner, and require a new design to be created -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HTML creation ? Designer will turn the approved static graphic images into the “HTML Code” that is necessary to be displayed on the internet ? Sizing and placement of images ? Any proprietary images that I want to use, I will provide. ? Creation of navigation to all pages ? This assures visitors to the Website will find all pages, and assure that Search Engines will be able to find all pages ? Footer Creation for bottom of each page ? To assure visitors to the Website will find all pages, and assure that Search Engines will be able to find all pages ? Browser Support for Internet Explorer 8, and the latest version of Firefox, Chrome, and Safari ? The Designer will also support other browsers upon request. Most programming will work across all browsers, but there may be circumstances where special programming needs to take place, and that programming will be treated as an add-on. ? The techniques used in all aspects will be progressive and supported by contemporary standards compliant browsers ? Mobile Support ? The basic website will be viewable on mobile devices, and will be fully optimized for mobile devices. ? All functionality used on the website will carry over to mobile devices. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Logo Creation Designer will design a Logo for me and present the logo in all files necessary for Print and the Web. Website Functionality • Homepage will feature a map, and an area where people can select a state and specifications for the home they are looking for • When people select any state besides Nevada a contact form will be generated for the visitor to fill out • When guests click on Nevada they will get a drill down showing different areas and after submitting their info be directed to a second screen that will then say "There are XX matches in your area. • Visitors will then be instructed to fill out a form, and the form will be emailed to the admin • Visitors will receive an email advising them that a representative will call. • Sample websites will be reviewed for stronger visual understanding of our needs. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Programing distinction: • Designers that can offer a proposal including an Information Verification option that verifies the users inputted information as valid will be reviewed first. see atttachment for fee schedule
