quick web design

I need a web design for for a customer appreciation site marketing customer appreciation products. This is basically a simple site, but needs to appeal to marketers, sales people, VP's etc that are looking to save time and be cost effective in keeping in contact with their clients and contacts via postal mail not just email. I need a clean, fun, but professional design. I only need a landing page and an internal page. You need to provide any images. Flash is fine but not required and if uses should be used only in small amounts in header. I do need the html, source, and then the two pages coded so that the header, footer, and naviagtioan is in include files so that we can easily update the site. as needed. This is a quick turn project for someone who has experience in this area. Please do not try to use a template, i will recognize it, and I do not want something old. It will take you longer to try and change templates then to build from scratch if you are an experienced designer. My target audience has seen about every site template out there, they will recognize a blatant copy.
