New web site to replace old

Web developer required to create eCommerce oCommerce web site (wholesale) with full back end functionality to replace existing website. Backend must have good inventory system including but not limited to barcode entry and stocktaking functionality. Also site should either have its own accounting package or be linked to an accounting package that works with ease and is not cumbersome or time consuming. Backend should be user friendly and easily maintained. Site will be develooped using latest available software and technologies and allow easy and fruitful SEO and SEM. Not part of this project being offered but important to note is that this site will be used as a linked backend to another website (retail) so developer should keep this in mind for future project that they may wish to complete or to allow another developer to undertake. The retail site will require extensive SEO and other marketing strategies when launched. Site should be beta tested and once sound all data including inventory, stock pictures etc be transferred to new site developed. Sites are adult in nature! New site will have all the functionality that the exisitng one has plus more. Complete look and feel change is required on new site.
