New Music Wordpress Site

This "Music Website" has the following goals 1) To allow musicians ( in a certain region) to promote themselves at minimum cost 2) to promote this location ( a city) as an important music capital in the world 3) to generate ongoing profits for site owners. JOB TO BE DONE The site to be based on the wowway wp theme [login to view URL] the portfolio are the musicians who can list their info by filling out a form with all the details we need. the develop needs to 1) set up the wp theme so it looks correct 2) set up a form for the musicians to fill out and email 3) the data will be sent to me which I will verify then upload. 4) test the site so to see if data is collected the right way and easy to upload 5) provide instructions to me as to how to upload the data ( eg the musicians individual info) THE LAYOUT (based on WowWay) on the main page/home page i need the categories ( on left side ) being MUSICIANS - Blues - Dance - Electric - Folk - Hip Hop - Indie - Jazz - Indiginous - Metal - Pop - Punk - Rock - Roots - Spiritual - Classical ABOUT US here i provide an overview about the site in word format CONTACT US general enquires can be emailed here eg plugin Contact Form 7 FOR MUSICIANS - overview in word - terms and conditions a) Musicians must be based in (this particular town) b) Musicians must have at least one record available already on itunes,musicplug etc c) Musicians info is uploaded at our discretion d) all sections of the FORM needs to be filled out correctly for the musicians info to be uploaded e) only the musician or authorised person can provide musicians info to our website f) only one entry (profile) per musician. Though if a musician plays in several bands, all bands can have their own profile - form to fill out to collect all the data required - a) the name of the musician or band b) one photo of the musician or band of high quality (300 dpi) must be provided of size 360(w) x 270 (h) c) email (for admin use only) never published d) website of musician e) one original song (and its name) to be provided (which is playable on the website but not downloadable) f) a bio to be provided no more than 80 words g) musician to self categorise (see musician categories above) themselves in 1 or 2 choices only. h) optional to provide a link to youtube/vimeo video of their music i) must provide one eternal link to a digital download of their music eg itunes, musicplug (where the user can buy the music/song) SO HOW WILL THE SITE WORK The site will have a MUSICIANS in category heading (where it sais our projects in Wowway demo) and then sub categories eg Dance, electronic, (where it saisAll, website design, print in Wowway demo) On the front page will be the photos of the musicians which when you move the cursor on them ( eg like the headings Pattern, The Navy, Business Card Holder in Wowway demo) will give a little overview (the musicians name) some text ( the beginning of their allocated 80 words) When you move your cursor over a profile, it needs to start playing the song (the musician has uploaded) if you open up the profile, the song should stop and there will be a button to hit to play the song ( as it needs to stop when profile opens it up as the user may choose to watch a music video there) When you hit on the profile it will open up with the full text ( see 02 for you as first listed under All in Wowway demo) and video link if provided, if no video will just show photo in full, will also show as per demo the website link, tweet & facebook option the latest update profile is to appear first (top left) please dont hesitate when bidding to ask any questions or suggestions Thanks Anton
