Need some Simple Modifications for my Wordpress Website

The website is [login to view URL] I need the following changes: 1. Making the website load faster 2. Adding Search Box 3. Make social media icons on the top of the page have a similar look, the google plus is custom coded, so basically find a plugin that has all the social media icons and link them up. 4. Scroll down a little, you will see "Don Chuy Documentary" is not lined up, fix that. 5. Add a new page called Music, I will give you images of singer, need you to get a song and video player on the page also. People will also need to have the option to download music.
