Modify layout of PHP application

This project is to modify an existing php photo album program (code wiil be provided) to a required format which is provided. (see attached) The current layout are partly in css, html templates using smarty and partly in the code. So there is requirement to modify certain portion of the code. In additional, there are basic presentation requirement in tuning the css, simple graphical element creation. This project can also be fulfilled with an existing php application (opensource preferred) that have the specified layout and have the following functions: user sign up backend photo upload, management, thumbnail creation, categories shopping cart for photo purchase that integrates with paypal Please post web accessible demo.
