Item database and Parsing

In the attached files there is an items folder, I'm after a page that will parse that information after being copied and pasted into the page (open offline html file in Firefox or similar to copy as a live user would) and then present information to a user from the MySQL database lookup sorted into catergories (if an item doesn't exist then create a new entry and flag as "unknown") Some other example sites that do a similar thing, you can copy and paste the items from the attached file into them (only need to copy and paste the table on the right) - [login to view URL] [login to view URL] It would require one page for the parsing and then another for the item information for changes/inserts and updates etc. I like the layout of [login to view URL] for the pages and feel of this table/page for administration of the items, [login to view URL] . This is an initial test to see if the developer chosen can complete the work on time and correctly, if this is done further work will be required and will go straight to the same developer. If you can provide a mockup/example via PMB it will increase your chances of getting the future work.
