Integrate UPS and FedEx into Joomla VirtueMart site

I have an eCommerce website that has 1000’s of different items from multiple manufacturers that it sells. Orders come through the website and are fulfilled by different manufacturers that have warehouses all over the country. Here’s what I need 1. Calculate which of our vendor’s warehouses is closest to our customer’s shipping address (this may not be the same as their billing address). 2. Use the FedEx and UPS software to calculate shipping from the closest warehouse to the shipping address 3. Provide an estimated delivery date 4. Allow users to ship goods using their verified UPS or FedEx account number (no calculation or paying on our end - UPS or FedEx just bills them directly) Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions or for more information.
