Hello, I have 8 years experience with PHP/MySQL and have been using CodeIgniter for 6 years. As you can see from my freelancer.com profile (https://www.freelancer.com/u/fldw.html), the projects I have worked on through freelancer.com, are Codeigniter based. Some of them involved fixing other developers' code / adding features to existing web applications and some of them are related to ecommerce websites. I have a question about points 4. and 5. in the document you attached. I understand that for point 4. what is needed is to show the separate Joining Fee from the other items.
