Full Time Web Assistant Wanted

I need a full time web assistant who had the following requirement: Requirement * Expertise in web development, editing, design, content management system like wordpress, CSS, XHTML,and photoshop is a must * Experience in article writing, web development and design, cpanel hosting and other webmaster job * Must be available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. * Able to communicate through msn and skype and fluent in English * Self dicipline, self starter and able to provide daily report. I am paying $150-$200 per month for this, please bid the salary you wanted within the budget. I need you for long term, only those who available full time are encourage to apply. You must be available during working hour from 8am-4pm OR 9am-5pm YOUR timezone for discussion and communication. You must at least has one IM chat software installed.
