279105 Create technical spec document

Hi, I need a formal software project roadmap for a web site development project. I need this by later today or tonight. It consists of taking a brief list of requests from the customer, and then comparing and examining their current site to the list, with the goal being a transformation from the current system into a fully CMS based system using Joomla. This is NOT a straight html static site to Joomla conversion. There is a members only area on this site which has some very custom functionality. I can show short listed candidates the inside of the site so they can see what I mean but in general, I need a project manager or lamp developer type who can write fluently in English and who has experience creating project road maps for medium size web application projects. the document deliverable would include a complete list of milestones, a projected timeline based on our start and dead line dates and would include every task necessary to complete the web job broken into tasks as one would routinely do in MS Project or other PM software. Please include an example project plan you wrote yourself or at the very least impress me with your technical evaluation and documentation skills. I need this immediately. once a suitable candidate bids, I will award the win and we will go to IM and I will pass on the collected notes, site access and other information, as well as staying available online during the authoring session to ensure this is accurate complete and as fast as possible. Its just a typical requirements/roadmap/timeline document, but I want a pro PM to write it for me. Are you that PM?
