Cre Loaded/Website Module/PHP Image Upload and Edit

To have the option to upload a picture/image using flash/java/html whatever is easiest, preview the file and to have the option to then apply filters to the image to either turn it into black/white, sepia, cartoon affect and some other picture effects. The module is to be put into a creloaded shopping cart, when the buy or confirm order button is pressed the original unfiltered or modified image is to be uploaded to an ftp folder or emailed whichever is easier and some record of what affects/filter was selected.
