Budget Form filler

** posted on March 1st What do I need? ================= A simple script wrote in PHP that allow fill a form and storage the results in a MySQL database. This script should use the information [login to view URL] to show the appropiates field in the form. - Search Customer: Should browse fields company and contacts from adress_nbook table ordered by company + customer, allow a simple search text box where customer can refine the search with an string as part of company or contact. Customer must be able to select ONE record and return to the main screen. - Fields company and contact must not be editable, the other fields shon should be edited and Updated at the addres_book table when "Save & Sent by e-mail" is pressed at the end of the process. - No. es the Insp_Id and must be an unique refrence generetade by the script, it is not an editable field. - The body of the form should be retrived from the [login to view URL] where is storage the caption and the price (both of them not editable). The script should calculate qty * cost in each item and totalize this at the end of the screen. - The Search text box at the up right side of the screen is used to search this string as part of any of each fields of the table insp_generals, allowing to select one of the shown records an refresh the result in the main screen. All the refresh items should be editable (NOT Company, NOT contact). If Saved, insp_general fields, insp_details field and address-book fields must be updated NOTE that when ever Save & Sent by e-mail be pressed insp_general fields, insp_details field and address-book fields must be updated.
