7337 Fixes to Solarpay Script

We need some work done on the sign up area which incorporates the software at [login to view URL] (already installed)Currently this activates prior to signing up and we want it to be used 'after' sign up. We need the 'call back' part of the script removed so completely closes any 'backdoor' (we can show you what code to use to do that and references in forum where others have achieved this) Add a way whereby we can manage the CSS and images to the administration area. Finally a touring number system added below where password feature is, whereby numbers are added by activating a keypad. (if possible) Good luck with bidding
