PDF Software Application

Summary: I currently own an application that that can easily merge multiple PDF files into one file, and split PDF files into single page files. It also allows a user to add password security to the new PDF files, and repair broken PDF files. I would like to hire an experienced, meticulous and easy to work with programmer to add the following functionality to the program, which must be compatible with all Windows operating systems (2000,XP,Vista, 7 etc.) Add the ability to: Preview each page of the new document; Convert MS Word, Excel, text, and all image files to PDF format; Convert PDF Files to Word; Combine files from these multiple file types into a single PDF; Insert and delete PDF pages from a PDF; Extract and replace PDF pages; Resize and Rotate PDF pages; Reorder, move, or rearrange PDF pages; Split pages based on page groups and ranges Merge PDFs by page ranges Add page numbers to the newly created PDF file; Add watermarks to the newly created PDF file; ## Deliverables Detail on splitting and merging: * Split pages based on page groups and ranges e.g. split into: File 1: pg 1-2 File 2: pg 12-14 File 3: pg 18-20 Or split into single page files Or split into files of ? 4? pages each for example ? Merge PDFs by page ranges ?
