Open a directory and rename & Zip Components

I just don't have time for this side project myself, so I am bidding it out. I would like this small project done rapidly. The succesful bidder will give me exactly what I need in a fast turnaround. I need a project written in VB6 that does the following: 1. Point it (browse) to any subdirectory and open contents of that subdirectory. The subdirectory will contain 5 [maybe 30-50] or more .jpg files. They will have names like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. 2. I first want to rename each file in the group with the folowing specs.: In a text box you provide I will assign the prefix of the file like: 101, 102, 103, etc. Then you will note that each file above has "coloring" like black, blond, red, even ethnic. I want the renamed file to be as an example: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. Some subdirectory may contain different names in groups of 5 like above. I want to be able to select which files in the subdirectory I want to rename [using a list box with multiple select] and then apply the renaming spec with the prefix I have chosen like 101, etc. 3. After that group is renamed, I want it zipped with a password and encryption into a single file with the prefix like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. I will supply the compression and encryption component for the project (Xceed activeX compression Library). I have attached a sample file with .jpg's as an good example of what the subdirectory will look like. Take this zip file and copy the contents into a folder called "graphics1". This should take an experienced programmer only a few hours to complete. In return I want the complete working annotated Visual Basic Project file. I already have the registered compression components on my machine, but I am supplying you with a copy [to the successful bidder] so we are using exactly the same controls. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VB6, high speed internet connection to download compression library and sample graphics subdirectory.
