Help me finishe Assignment to save input data to CSV, acces and display that data in a seperate form

I have a form where a user inputs basic automobile data. That data is saved to a CSV. I load data(The vehicles VIN Number) from one section of each line of the CSV and fill a listbox with it. I want the information related to the selected listbox item to be displayed in textboxes. I have the code and a screen shot for the first part, and I can load everything into the listbox. I just can't figure out how to get the information from the rest of the line from the CSV into the textboxes. I also need to make sure that there are no duplicate VIN numbers in the CSV and if there are, the user needs to be informed and not allowed entry to the CSV My code, a screenshot of my forms and a sample of the CSV produced by the form is available here: [login to view URL] This MUST be done in Visual [login to view URL]
