Email extractor

I require a program to manage incoming email traffic to a specific account or accounts or folder in the public area, received and managed by Exchange 2000/3 with or without attachments. To operate it would need to hold the username and password in addition to the Exchange server name. Once the email is downloaded from the ISP the application would: Extract from the email all relevant information i.e. Date & Time received Attachment Name Source email address Sender Name Recipient Name Body of text held within the email other than header information Adding Generation ??" i.e. if a previous email is received from this sender flags most recent with a numeric link to the previously received email from the same sender (known by email address). Build an index in MS SQL2000 of the text contained in the email and attachment excluding common words e.g. AND OR THE OF etc this list should be maintainable. Linking the details above to the filed attachment (if present). Index based upon maintainable lookup table of key works held in the SQL server Extract the attachment (if present) and file it in a folder structure based upon year & month Attachment can be a MS Word, Pdf, RTF, TXT file Delete the email from the server once extracted archiving all as .msg? comments please. Also provide a MS Outlook search facility of the index held on the SQL server returning the results and giving the ability to call up the archived attachment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows XP Home & Professional Editions Windows 2000 and 2003 Exchange server 2000/3 MS SQL Server 2000
