php penny auction plug in needed

We are looking for someone who has experience with the phppennyauction script to build us the following auction type (plug in) We were looking for someone to build us a progressive penny auction. The auction should work like a regular penny auction in all aspects EXCEPT. We should be able to change or increase the item as more bids are placed. _ we should be able to set the range (value) or (type) of the items and it should be displayed to the user. - IE AUCTION : $5 - $200 amazon gift card or Auction: ipod shuffle - apple iphone On the details page it should show the items in between the range that could be won and the amount of bids required to progress to each potential item that they could win. IE: $5 - $ 200 amazon gift card $5 Card - 10 = 20 bids $15 card 20 = 25 bids $25 card 25 = 50 bids $200 card 100 + bids The range of bids required should also be adjustable When the auction closes it should automatically state the prize won based off the bids placed.
