Write some Software

Need a website Plugin designed and built similar to a FB like button but more of a counter than an actual share type button(although it still has to be based on the look and feel of these buttons). I want to be able to offer any websites owners/administrators a chance to have another option to their current long list of social media buttons/share buttons but this one is different. Its a "don't like" button. Website owners don't often get the chance to gather statistics about people who don't actually like their website or product. Id like to be able to offer a button so that if a user is browsing their website and really doesn't like the website, web page they are viewing or product they are viewing the user can click the "don't like" button and it is registered as a click or "don't like" and the plugin automatically tally's that amount for display on the button(similar to a FB like tally). The plugin would have to have the code written in languages that suits most operating systems, mobile devices etc. I would also like the "don't like" button to perform another option as well. Once a user clicks and the plugin registers the "don't like" click, I would like a very small pop up box to open out from the "dont like" button with a small heading "WHY NOT?". The user can either write a few words in the pop up box as to their reason "why they dont like it" or the user can close the box with the close "x" function or the pop up box could time out after a certain amount of time. I want website owners/administrators to add my embedded plugin code to their sites. I'm assuming I will need a website myself so people can view the "dont like" plugin code they will need for place on their websites? I would also like offer the website owners/admins some sort of access to statistics about why and where their "don't likes" are coming from(if this is possible). Any more questions please ask me Matt
