We Wont Reinvent the Wheel - Creative Interactive/ Engaging "Executive Plan" App/ Softtware

We are creating a website that provides an interactive and 360 degree business creation solution for artists globally. With the assistance of collaborators worldwide whom are providing us with executable solutions, plans, projects, video tutorials, etc we will be putting them on our site for members and subscribers. We need these plans to be interactive insofar as they need to have steps and to have check-points so that the individual knows exactly where they are at any given time in the plan development. I am unsure if this is an app or a plug in although I am confident that something will have to be written for it to be original and to not infringe on copyright. If you are interested let me know and I will send you the link to the site that we want to emulate. Please understand that we are seeking something original from you, not a "knock-off". We are inspired by what has been already created and only want to inspire others.
