Time zones, Area codes, Country codes in php mysql app

I need Time zones, Areas codes and Country codes added into mysql in order to see them as pick lists on a small php app. All three are free mysql tables on the internet and easily downloaded. You will need to add some php code to a handful of pages so that users can pick from the list.
