PDF bid page will be generated by using JSON data on PHP platform and TCPDF script

We need a new PDF bidding page for the inquiries. All the data on the bidding page will be in a provided JSON object and TCPDF script should be used on PHP4 platform. The graphic form of the bidding page and JSON object with requires sample data are already prepared for the coder, the coder is responsible for writing down code for forming PDF by using TCPDF functions. The bidding page is in Turkish and includes some utf-8 characters so the coder need to use utf-8 charset.
