Experienced PHP Developer for CMS (Full Time Basis)

Hello, I'm looking for an experienced php developer to work on a web application (content management system mostly) related to affiliate marketing (ebook/digital content publishing) I am a developer myself and have a good idea about the application specifications which include page editing, ftp functionality, apis and so on. I also have a very similar application to the one you will develop - but i need it redeveloped so that it can be scaled up easily (the one i have does the job, but adding to it is not a good idea given that it was not meant for the new functionality) Great Communication is a must for this project, you need to be experienced in php, database design, as well as good in learning new things. Note that this is a full time post, I'm looking for a great php programer to develop this project as well as others. Also, this project is TIME CONSUMING - if you cant dedicate time for this project please don't bid. I encountered a few workers in the past who were simply working on Pay-for-Time projects whenever they had no other projects with a death line - if you are such worker don't bother to bid.
