We require a custom software package that utilises eBay's Large Merchant Services API to manage our items. It must also use Amazon's Product Advertising API or custom screen scraper to pull current Amazon Price or Fulfilled by Amazon price (must be these two options only... not other sellers). Whether the item is in stock at Amazon. With this information it needs to create a "Minimum Sell Price" that is dynamic that it will not go lower than. With this information the software package will then decide what to do with the product on eBay. Here are some examples to give you an idea. These are all the same item and these are some scenarios that could occur. Example 1 (09:00 5/4): Item on Amazon: £10.00 Fulfilled by Amazon Minimum Sell Price: £10.00 + 15% (£11.50) Current eBay Price £13.00 Competition Price: £11.4 Action: Change eBay price to Minimum Sell Price: £11.50 Example 2 (15:00 5/4): Item on Amazon: £13.00 Fulfilled by Amazon (Price has increased £3.00) Minimum Sell Price: £13.00 + 15% (£14.95) Current eBay Price £11.50 Competition Price: £11.4 Action: Change eBay price to £14.95 Example 3 (19:00 5/4): Item on Amazon: £13.00 Fulfilled by Amazon Minimum Sell Price: £13.00 + 15% (£14.95) Current eBay Price £14.95 Competition Price: £16.95 Action: Change eBay price to £16.94 Example 4: (21:00 5/4): Item on Amazon: £13.00 (Currently Unavailable / Temporarily Out of Stock) Item on Amazon: £13.00 Fulfilled by Amazon Minimum Sell Price: £13.00 + 15% (£14.95) Current eBay Price £16.94 Competition Price: £16.95 Action: Change Inventory to 0. Features: The software's most important and number 1 feature will be to sync with Amazon on pricing and inventory. This needs to occur every 1 hour at a minimum. A lot of information and data needs to be acquired almost in 'realtime' If the software needs it's own server to run on let us know the capabilities required. It needs to be able to manage at a minimum: 100,000 items. Remember this is only to set a "Minimum Sell Price" or whether the item is in stock not the actual eBay price. eBay Sell Price must be maintained according to the secondary feature (module 2). (Please see Examples above) The secondary feature is the eBay "competition" pricing. This is complicated and we don't know the best way to do this. You could manually check with the Product Title or alternatively it is likely you could use some kind of price comparison tool - Those with experience with "WisePricer" would know what is required for this module of the software. This would need to occur twice a day at a minimum. (Please see Examples above) The tertiary feature is to "upload" products to eBay. This will pull data (Product Titles, Descriptions & Images) from Amazon and upload onto eBay with our Custom template into the correct eBay categories. (If you have experience with "M2EPRO" in Magento then you will know about the "GetSuggestedCategories" feature and it works pretty well if you program it right.) Obviously once uploaded the software would then manage these products, inventory, pricing levels, competitor pricing etc. We realise this is quite complex so we only want the very best who understand the requirement and know exactly what to do. If you are not sure on any part please do not waste our time and bid as we are paying good money for an expert in this sector and for future development work on this project. The person who takes on this job would need to be available for support after the job has completed and any future development work (you would obviously be paid for this). We don't know exactly how it is going to be done or what the best software package and programming language to use is so don't ask us these questions please. It is your job to make that decision it just needs to do what has been outlined above and with no issues. If you can't do it, don't bid. The individual who takes on this project must speak good English and must give us an action plan
