Cogzidel RBS modfications

Cogzidel RBS is a script like VWorker, and I am looking for someone who can implement some mods in it.? 1. If someone posted a project, that another user can also co-buy the same project. So the users can buy cheaper.? 2. Users who post a project can choose what would be the minimum QTY would be and how many they would buy, eg minimum QTY is 10 and I want to buy 5 items. 3. The cobuyer can also place a bid on that project and also choose their QTY, for eg I will buy 5 items. 4. There must be a total of items on the page, eg first buyer + co-buyer is total of 10 items. 5. Option for the main buyer to add a picture on the page. 6. Sellers profile/page needs to have more info.
