I need a graphic tool made in C# .NET and similar features just like ms paint (windows paint). CAN IT BE DONE FOR WEB AND DESKTOP? PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED AS A BIDDER. Features: - An existing application I have will call this C# paint a pass an image/bitmap as parameter to it. Then it should show up the image and then everything is quite similar to paint (a toolbox at the top and another one at left hand side) -Side bar (vertical) should have: *Undo/Redo last actions/copy/paste/cut *select image area (rectangle/circle/free form) *Color pallete *Line/line tickness *Graphics: text/ pencil / circle / rectangles / rectangles with rounded edges / free *Rubber -Top bar (horizontal) should have: *Image group: invert/rotate (to left/to rigth/angle) *Clear button: should discard all changes made on the image since its opening *Zoom: text field with its value and can be done using mouse mouse wheel

Yes, it can be done in both web and desktop. For the desktop graphic tool, I will develop the application and create setup file to use this application. For WEB graphic tool, I suggest to develop the application in Adobe Flash, and use that flash file in web site as graphic tool. To develop such type of tool in FLASH is easier than to develop in WEB application. I will need 45 working days for this task and my charge for the same is $6000 USD (excluding Freelancer fee).
