I need somebody who can create a (live) micro-blogging site. The majority of it will take place on the home page. Members will be able to post comments for everyone to see (both members and visitors). The comments will be about a specific topics (I need the ability to add, manage, modify other topics, manage users and manage topics). So, for example, if the topic is about cars, members will be able to type in a car type/model, and add a short comment/review. Anyone will have the option to give a “Thumbs up” (+1pt) or a “Thumbs down” (-1pt) and a their opinion. Based on this voting, there will be 3 other sections on the home page: (...using the car example...) -Top Recommendations: recommendations that have received the most points -Top members: members that have received the most points (clicking on a member will expand the most recent comments about it) -Top car: models that have been mentioned the most (clicking on a car model will expand the most recent comments about it) Site must display in REAL-TIME. These you could arrange by: Today, This Week, This Month, Year, etc... It is extremely important that the design is simple (user friendly), unique and good looking. wow me!
