Follow PHP nuke forum instructions to upgrade, PHP nuke is secure as long as you are using newest code. Infrastructure, install tcpwarppers, only allow remote admin port for linux box on a high port (follow instructions on changing ssh port) and HTTP/S if required. Thanks Matt
