384490 Temp integration Small Fixes

We have a site based on clipbucket (youtube clone) with some modifications. Now we want to change template. We provide new design (psd attached) same layout just a few changes such as colour I need to take out upload feature and replace with new section - blog - and - about also add new contact form. I didn't check but as I remember user upload can be blocked from admin panel. Pls check attachment for psd file. For blog feature, you will just install a blog script and link it. No coding a blog script. H1 is same green as background color text is white It's an easy work.
