197245 Script install + customization

Hi, I've bought a script at [login to view URL] and want this installed on my server + some extra modifications to it: 1. I need to be able to upgrade/downgrade a member manually. 2. I should be able to offer a one time offer right after they signed up for free. (The page should be in php but customizable for me in html) 3. Upgraded members should be able to add a pay button (buy now)to their listings so that visitors can buy the listed product directly from the site. (Paypal button and clickbank button) 4. Upgraded members should be able to add a webform just below their listing. The form is for visitors to get them subscribed to their newsletter (autoresponder). Actually they just need a place where they can paste the form code and save it. Then it should show up under their listing. Please only serious bidders who can start right away and finish the project within the timeframe submitted. best regards and thanks for bidding.
