XML feed customization

I need you to grab this feed for me.... [login to view URL] Though a lot comes through it, I only need some of the info. I will need it neatly displayed on a web page I have. I will need specific data that comes through to be highlighted for me. There will be several parameters I will set that I will need visual alerts for. I will need an Admin section to create username/passwords...add/delete users...set parameters by user....include and exclude feed info.
