The Template(repost)

We need to have a set of basic, templates and database written for one of our clients websites.? This project is? an PHP, MySQL database/ catalog for our client. We need to have a set of interfaces, made where the customer can change stock levels to show what is in stock currently.? This interface needs to be very simple.? It must be functional, however it needs to be used by an 'Non-Computer person' The php also must show as a catalog on the clients website, it must intergreat nicly with the website that we have created for the client.? We need to intergrate three catalogs 1) Fine Consignments 2) New Furniture 3) Specials (Bargin) inside each of those catalogs items needs to be added and deleted at will, in an easy to use template.
