Registration Form

I need a simple registration form where the user enters their information and when they hit register it emails me their information. as soon as the email is sent it redirects them to a web page for what ever message. This can be done via java or php..I think php would be bettter This is the information First Name: Last Name address City, State, zip phone no. email address. This is a very easy and simple job. Bidder will be selected on cost and time to complete. I'll be out here for hours and check my mail every 5 minutes.. So if you're good a communication..You'll be on the top list. If you want to do this in a day or two don't even bid. You'll be wasting your time. Most coders already have this in their script bag. All they have to do is send it. or change a line or two. ## Deliverables I don't want anyone to work for free. I know RAC get's 3 bucks off every little project. So I will add the tree bucks in the total bid.
