Model Database(repost)

I have model information hardcopy that i need to be made easily searchable. so I want a database set up , with an admin area that i can enter the information and upload an image for each model the front end should have a search feature that allows me to search for the model i want by any combination of fields. eg search all girls, over 6 ft tall, black hair ## Deliverables ***NEW*** The project was never completed to spec the following need to be adjusted: 1. 1. Models Pictures cannot be rotated and are currently not in a viewable position. 2. You cannot delete an entry 3. Editing function wasn’t working. No way to save editing if done. Files and completed work done to know can be supplied as needed as described i need the search area to allow me to filter by all the fields in the form. and display the options in a list. admin area allows upload of an image for each model and allows to add new models to the list and remove them from teh list. attached is a sample form of model info
