Joomla Chat Solution

hello, I am developing a website on joomla, i am not a programmer by profession so i need a serious help in this project, initially i need a good Chat solution for my joomla website. if anyone of you already have that solution i am willing to buy it. What i need? 1) User can create the rooms after some email invites e.g 10 to 20, Invites can go automatics from MSN or Yahoo etc 2) flooding, abuse, bots etc can be created. 3) i have seen many open sourced php scripts available, if you want to use it can. all i need is a good joomla chat component . where i can create rooms, i can create bots to attract users.
