Improvements of TimeTracker web application

I need someone who can do some quite simple improvements to existing Ruby Time 2.1 time tracker application. The application itself is based on Ruby On Rails, using MySQL 5 database on Linux Cent OS. These modifications will also require some changes of DB structure.
