FTP and Shopping Cart Training

I need someone to train my online to upload my graphics and sales letter to my website. I have Cute FTP, Microsoft Front Page and use 1 Shopping Cart. I need to upload an Opt in Page, Sales Page, Upsell Offer. What needs to be uploaded, coded with it all linked together is: 1. Forced opt In page - goes to Sales Page. Will need to link with my Autoresponder. They will receive a free ebook for signing up 2. Sales Letter for an ebook. Il need to upload the graphics, sales letter etc to the site, make the links work and also integrate paypal and my shopping cart. This site also has exit pop up codes to be integrated into the source code. Once they click on Order, they will be sent to a page where they will be offered a one time only upgrade offer. They will either select the upgrade or just the book. So there will be two order pages depending on which one they buy. I need to link the shopping cart up with the purchases (including setting up the autoresponders). I have all of the text, graphics and want to know how to do this. I've used FTP before however want to know how to quickly get this up. Expect the training to last up to one hour only so quick easy job for right person. Am also looking for a webmaster to manage my projects post this training so this may be something that you are interested in. If so, please advise your cost to upload each website (I have approx 2 to 4 sites a month to upload. All with the same format.
