Email sender web based

I need a website based email sender to send? HTML content emails ( I will write the email content ) from a list of email addresses currently in notepad format. I already have a website with but me email? server has a limit of 150 addresses per email . My notepad list of email addresses is about 3000 long and constantly changing. So, the new email sender needs to que and send until the emails 150 at a time until the list is completed. I need? it to be web based and hosted on my windows based server? rather than done on my desktop. I can write the html content for the emails but an easy interface to paste email? content would be an advantage. The sender must have a secure logon page to stop anybody else getting onto it and sending emails to my customer base. ## Deliverables My web server is windows based so it will probably only run asp , php and html
