Drupal - Website Conversion

I would like someone to convert our website [login to view URL] to a drupal theme on www.utahcasa.org. Site needs to work with the module civicrm that has already been installed on the server. Advocate part of the site needs to be private and when a user signs up they need approval before they can get access. Calendar needs the same functionality it has right now. Ability to post pictures descriptions etc... Front Page different format a cross between how it looks now to the experiment /[login to view URL] Would like a better button format for different items in particularly "donate" and "volunteer"
