Code my beautiful news feed (abdashfd)

We have an existing PHP site with a MySQL database. We have a news feed designed on one page of the site which we'd like coded. The rest of the site is coded so that updates should occur when certain actions are made. I've written out the detailed instructions in the attached spec sheet. I've gone into very specific detail so the job should be simple and straightforward, but I am also available on Skype throughout the job if needed. You will be given full ftp and cpanel access.
