UDP/Halflife Connection

Need programmer familiar with UDP. Halflfe (game) uses UDP for communications. Goal; Kick players off of a server if they are wearing a clan tag (parsed from name on server) and do NOT have a matching wonid from the database (sql-server or flatfile- sqlserver preffered). In short; this app would run as a service or stand alone and would scan through a list of servers looking for clan names and then matching the wonid from the server to the database. If it fails to match, a (custom) command (such as kick,ban, etc) will be sent to the server. This app can be written in C++,C,C#,VB,.net, perl - whatever will work on a windows 2000 server running IIS/sql server/active perl. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
