I would like that in the member area when a company would like to send the bulk sms or mms they be able to buy the package for the number of messages that they would want to send. For example they want to send 1250 messages they will buy this exact amount of messages and the price will be charged inmediatly to their credit card or account.

It is not very clear how much of the job you offer. Design (graphics) is already made, the gateways with provider are already running ? Do you think to replicate databases ?(Hosting is made only on one computer, or more ? Payement gateway is already fixed (choosed) ? If all these are ready, the price can be 1000, with post support for 6 weeks.
