128714 Finish Xcart Store Checkout

I need my store checkout fixed, site built in xcart gold 4.0. I have had three different proposals, and all three have flaked on me. Please contact me if you are serious about this project and are comfortable with xcart programming only, so that we don't waste each other's time.
