clipshare pro 2.6 php/perl/cgi expert required

I have a clipshare 2.6 website. There's some minor problems on my website that I want you to fix. A company installed a phpbb3 forum (integration) and a couple of mods on my website and suddenly some parts of my website are not working anymore, they refused to take blame and not interested in fixing these problems: 1. When a new user register on my website, they cannot go to the upload page because it keeps asking for the "please confirm your email" message, even though an email verification has already been sent and verified. The verification process seems to be not working. I have a backup of my entire website, so maybe all you have to do is replace the current [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] because the old one used to be working alright. 2. On Firefox browser, although the comment system works fine, everytime people insert comments they get a pop-up error saying: "[CPAINT Error] invalid HTTP response code '0'" 3. I would like you to make changes to the Meta Tags and change text size, also insert particular texts on some page. Like I said there's a backup of my website, the backup was made when everything was working on my website prior to the installation of the forum integration and SEO tags/videos mods etc. Maybe all you have to do is replace the damaged ones.
