Specials by Category and Salemaker need to affect prices on sub-product levels

CreLoaded 6.2 Pro 13.2, mysql on Linux project: "Specials by Category" and "Salemaker" tools in Admin only affects the prices that are set at a product level. Those prices are displayed in in serch results and product listings. However, prices that are set at sub-product level remains unchanged and those prices are displayed on the product details pages, shopping cart and they are what the customers are charged for. I need all relevant code to be changed so that the functionality of "Specials by Category" and "Salemaker" affects prices at sub-product level in the same way as they are for prices at product level.
