This project is to implement that backend and HTML pages for a simple web-based database. The attached PDF shows the required screens. Note UI elements in the PDF are clickable to help you navigate and understand the design. Requirements: - CRUD for all tables that appear in PDF - User access control - Backend PHP that displays each of the pages that appear in the PDF - A cookie to remember which year the user has selected, and only show data from that year (see attached PDF) - Easy to modify code. I recommend that the system be implemented using Codeigniter, but will welcome proposals for using other frameworks instead. Not required: - Database scheme: If desired, I can provide initial MySQL database with all required tables and columns pre-configured, including some test data. - Styling / CSS: End product should be a fully functional system including all pages illustrated in the PDF, but with just bare HTML, without any styling. I will do CSS for all styling after you are complete. Other notes: - As you'll see in the PDF, view and edit of a row are done on the same page, no requirement for separate view vs edit pages - Note the design has references from one table to another, including need to select multiple related objects. For example: When editing an "event", the user can choose one or more "performers" for that event, which are chosen from the "performers" table. - The "Publish the event on the website" just needs to be a boolean that's stored in the database, no further functionality is required for this boolean.

Hi Brian Pirie. The document that you have make is enough good , yOu need an application for management the events or festival , so for that we are having 1. To Do list(To manage the work with date time, color code for due items in list) 2. Performer (The persons which are in events as a volunteer ) 3. Venues(No details, i think it will be for event location) 4. Events(Detail of event) 5. volunteer (Details of volunteer) 6, Funding(Most imp part ) 7. budget(Avg cost for festival) 8. Ledger(Actual In and Out of money) Please provide me the initial mysql tables so that i can read them and have better understanding of the application. all the above are the front end for event management, but we need to make several more forms to add the master entries that we can use through out the festival management process for any event. An event can contain multiple Performers, multiple Volunteers for Bar/DOOR/Front of House, etc. [But the design shows a single drop down box for each. Can we change that to multi select box or grid with add/remove functionality containing drop down boxes?) 3. To-Do List: [we got some idea on this based on the pdf, but it would help if you can provide more description on how you want the To-Do to work (the flow) ] 4.
