The document that you have make is enough good , yOu need an application for management the events or festival , so for that we are having
1. To Do list(To manage the work with date time, color code for due items in list)
2. Performer (The persons which are in events as a volunteer )
3. Venues(No details, i think it will be for event location)
4. Events(Detail of event)
5. volunteer (Details of volunteer)
6, Funding(Most imp part )
7. budget(Avg cost for festival)
8. Ledger(Actual In and Out of money)
Please provide me the initial mysql tables so that i can read them and have better understanding of the application.
all the above are the front end for event management, but we need to make several more forms to add the master entries that we can use through out the festival management process for any event.
