I am assuming by "supporting arabic" you mean that your website should be able to display arabic characters, right?
Well, this is possible if you tell the browser to use UTF-8 encoding and the containers are explicitly marked with dir and lang attributes. When that's done, you can go ahead and insert arabic inside them. They will work.
In a php based website, we can echo the right encoding instructions from the browser and we could use javascript to add the attributes that are needed manually inside every container tag.
